" Jasmine has helped me a lot in improving my Chinese, from being someone who can only say 你好，and 谢谢 up to being able to converse fluently regarding daily topics in Chinese. On my personal opinion, Jas did an excellent job in teaching Chinese, especially for the conversation class. She has many methods to encourage us, the foreign students, to speak up. Other than that, she also has excellent written and verbal communication skills, great passion in teaching, extremely organized, and all that combined with an enormous patience handling our problems and questions over and over again. She has always been willing to offer her assistance in any which way she can and are very warm and friendly to us too. More than a teacher, she became one of our best Chinese friends which we could always count on in. Last but not least, I'm very satisfied in the way she teaches me and are very thankful for her efforts in giving me knowledge of Chinese language and culture, which really opens up my mind and perception on how the Chinese people and their customs and traditions truly are.
