Sales & Business Development executive
 
Responsibilities
 
Responsible for the business development of ChineseTeachers.com by
1) Promoting our "One step online school" proposition to Chinese universities and language schools 
2) Promoting "ChineseTeachers.com" to Corporate organisations
 
Depending on seniority and experience, the recruit will be initially responsible for European, US or Greater China Market. The responsibilities encompass business development and active account management by nurturing the relationship with our partners and customers over time.
 
Main Accountabilities
 
  • Business Development to explore new market and establish new customer relationships
  • Pro-active Account Management to ensure long-term relationships with all partners and customers
 
Qualifications and Skills
 
  • Must: Fluent spoken and written Chinese (can read both simplified and traditional is a plus)
  • Must: Fluent in English
  • Must: Sales driven, team worker, confident, autonomous, good communications skills
  • Must: Good understanding of using computer and internet tools (MS Office, Web browsers, Skype, Google docs)
  • Must: Fast keyboard typing in both Chinese & English
  • Optional (it is a plus): Successful track record in working with Language Schools and/or companies HR departments, experiences working with start-up companies, fluency in other languages 
  • Location: Flexible
